Mornin Folks,

Wearing a wool sweater and a ratty old pair of sweatpants. Musically, things are a bit slow. Its all cerebral right now. That's not really true tho. Last two days played for my grandma as she talked-- just played instrumentals and listened. Sang a song when she would talk a break.

In any event, Jake and I are opening up for Paul Geremia at Billy Goode's in Newport on Friday night 11/18/5. We'll play from 8:00 till 9:30 or so. Then Paul will play till 12 or 1am. Then the cold load-out in Newport. Oh yes, I remember.

Then on 2 Dec, Its my fucking birthday! --as I have been known to slur. I rented out the Mediator, and we've got the Waylanders, a good local bluegrass band, and the Wholebellies, the local raucous folk-dance music collective paying sets, as well as myself joined, most likely, by some special and fantastic guests. If anybody sees Ed DeMille to call me: I've got a pile of baby clothes in the back seat of my car. 7pm to 10 @ 50 Rounds St. Providence. Caleb is decorating the damn place again.

Adios. Have a good day.

-chris
